Rehabilitation and upgrading of the Railway Stations Skopje according to the EU best practices

The operation “Rehabilitation and upgrading of the Railway Stations Skopje according to the EU best practices” is financed under IPA Component III – Regional Development.

The Operation aims to rehabilitate and upgrade the passenger’s area of the Skopje Railway Station according to the EU best practices, including improvement of the accessibility of the passengers, passengers with disabilities, passengers with reduced mobility and passengers with special needs. The Operation, will also contribute to improve the safety and security, as well as modernization of the signalization and passengers information system.

The total amount of the operation which includes Framework contract, 2 Supply contracts and Works Contract is 2.141.075,00 EUR.

The aforementioned projects are implemented by: Consortium “INKOM Inzenering dooel – BONOR Inzenering dooel –  GLOBOCKI dooel” – works contract; “ARS Progetti S.P.A.” – framework contract; “KERNEL MAKEDONIJA DOO eksport – import Skopje in consortium with VISTA GRUP DOOEL” – supply contract and the second supply contract is in procurement phase.

The Beneficiary institutions are PE Macedonian Railways – Infrastructure and Ministry of Transport and Communications.
